One Block From Central Park :)

Room for rent on the upper west side in the mid 70’s!

Bedroom has 2 walkin closets and semi furnished and fits a queen sized bed. Space for big dresser and a desk etc! Room is partially furnished with a queen bed and rug, and has an AC for summer, room doesn’t get a whole ton of sunlight but the living room does.

I’m renting this room out on behalf of my mom! She’s in her 60’s but she works, hangs with friends and goes to lots of museums or like the movies

I’m looking for someone for her spare bedroom who is nice and clean (she’s really clean) and would enjoy being in a really nice spot. Not looking for a ton of overnight guests or couples ideally, sorry!

Something to note: there is scaffolding on the building (living room side) and is quite noisy during the day; they say work should be done soon but ya know it’s nyc
