Room available to sublet in UES/East Harlem

Great room available in cozy apartment. Large closet space, access to small outdoor patio. Bed and TV included. Most utilities included except for cable and electricity. Located in a good neighborhood, 3 minute walk from the 6 train, tons of supermarkets, stores and food places nearby. About me: 21 year old male advertising major and photography student graduating in May from FIT. I teach swim lessons in TriBeCa as a part-time job.

Just asking that you be a responsible and clean person. Preferably looking for other students or recent graduates around my age. We don't have to be best friends but i would like to get along with whoever i'm living with.
