This is a 3 bedroom apartment and I?m looking to sublease one room. The apartment itself is furnished but the bedrooms aren?t (except for some small storage shelves left behind by my last roomate- as shown in photo). I prefer long term but I?m open for short term as well !

We?re looking for someone responsible, who?s down to earth but most importantly : clean & respectful!

- Proof of income & employment
- 1 month rent + 1 month security (If credit isn?t that great, I?ll be willing to consider if a larger down payment is given)
