Room for rent

I am currently looking for someone to take over my room for my current roommate as I will be re locating ASAP. It is for the largest room in the apartment. There is one bathroom that is shared. My current roommate is very clean and does not mind doing most of the house work as well as cooking (if necessary). The entire apartment is fully furnished (other than the bedroom). The apartment is about 2 blocks away from the 1 train and about 4-5 blocks away from the A train. It is in a wonderful neighborhood which has great night life and food. Serious inquiries only. No pets preferred. Rent does not include utilities but will be split equally.
