Located in a safe, quiet, lovely, tree-lined neighborhood near Fort Tryon Park. Short walk to either the A Train or the 1 Train. Restaurants and shops located either on Fort Washington Avenue or Broadway. Grocery stores are also on both Fort Washington Avenue or Broadway. Great wine store on Broadway! Dollar Tree also on Broadway :)

We would share the kitchen (has a small dishwasher), living room and dining room - I have all the dishes, pots and pans you would need. There is a Window Unit A/C in your bedroom, small flatscreen TV with Google Chrome for streaming (includes HBOMax, Netflix, Starz) and a laundry in the basement.

I am a single, mature, responsible woman looking for a very responsible roommate, who would respect the space. I am VERY neat and clean and would want the same in a roommate :) Prefer a roommate that does not work from home. I am originally from Texas and moved to NYC to pursue my passion of acting.
