Weekly rental is $250 a week for an individual and $350 for a couple.
The space:
Queen sized bedroom on the ground level with lots of sunlight in a two bedroom apartment.
The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the apartment so plenty of privacy.
The room includes a walk-in closet, queen sized bed, two dressers, a mirror, and a small table.
The bathroom is right next to your bedroom. There is also a large kitchen that you have access too.
The apartment is located a short distance from both the 1 & A lines.
Gas, light, internet and water are included.
Who we are:
A fun young couple but very responsible. We both work full time, and I also go to school full time.
We do have a dog, named Harley. She is very sweet and will be kept out of your way while you?re home.
We are very understanding and reasonable.
Who we are looking for:
An individual who has a stable job. Who is also respectful & cleans up after themselves especially in the common areas of the apartment.
? Must be pet-friendly
? Must show proof of income (pay-stubs)
? A copy of a government issued (non-expired) required
? A background check will also be required
** No cigarette smoking in the home (Mary Jane is okay)
** No drugs
Security deposit + rent will be due before moving in.
