Cool room with private bath, huge apt, great block

Very cool room with private bathroom. Comes with twin bed, large armoire, small desk and all utilities included.

Building, block and neighborhood are amazing. Extremely quiet and safe, tons of great restaurants and A train literally right around the corner.

Apartment is also huge with high ceilings and tons of light. There are three of us here, a very nice girl from the city who works in the medical field, another very nice girl from the city who works at Xbox and me. I'm a guy, I work out of home as a composer, but generally keep it to normal business hours while everyone else is away at work.
