Rent Controlled Apartment Seeks Roommate

Two awesome gals up in Inwood are in need of a new roommate. The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 900sf space in a 5-story floor walk-up. The apartment is spacious so you can get the privacy you need but also be social if the spirit moves you. We are two quiet, easy-going ladies who identify on the LGBT spectrum so an ally or like-minded is preferred. The apartment is rent controlled!

We work typical corporate hours so it would be ideal to also have someone who functions on that timeline.

The room is large, comes with a bed and a lot of natural light. Your room comes with a closet, AC and an extra window. We also have two additional walk-in closets within the apartment for you to store your belongings; and space in the bathroom as well.

The apartment is fully furnished but we'll happily accepts any additions you'd like to add

Mandatory:
1. Full time job; able to pay rent by Venmo only (because this is the 21st century).
2. Understands that communal expenses are necessary. We tend to buy in bulk, so this is occasional.
4. Clean. We like to keep common areas neat!

What Makes Us Cool:
Roomie 1 (lease holder) has been living here since 2015 and loves it; she has a fantastic relationship with the landlord and knows all the in's an out's of the neighborhood. You can catch her cooking meals from scratch or binging on Cooking Shows. Her partner of 4 years is often around hanging out.

Roomie 2 works in publishing and is the owner of a mid-sized lovable dog who brings joy to the apartment. She's pretty quiet and clean all around and happy to socialize with you or give you your space!
