The room has windows facing south and west, so it gets stunning light (and incredible sunsets), and has a direct view of the GW bridge. It also has a walk in closet, a queen sized bed, a large dresser, a desk and chair for work. With all of that, it still has enough floor room to put on a small ballet.

The apt is located on the lovely and quiet Pinehurst ave, just blocks away from the A train with about a 15 minute ride to Columbus Circle. The room is $1100/mo and comes with all utilities and cable and Wifi included.

There are three others of us here, a very nice girl from Texas who is studying art history, a very nice girl from NJ who studies journalism, and me. I'm a guy and I work out of home as a composer, so there is a bit of a recording studio here, but I generally keep it to normal business hours while everyone else is away at work.
