The room (14 x 17 feet) wooden floor, queen bed (no mattress). The building is quite, clean and safe, with elevator and a laundry room in the basement. The location could not be better: set on a quite street but only steps away from the beautiful Fort Tryon Park, train station (A and 1) and convenience stores (including large supermarket, hardware store, take out places, 2 major banks, gym, etc..)

The room is $1000 monthly, utilities and high-speed internet included (plus $1,000 deposit). Please NOTE the deposit will be returned once you decide to move out and the room conditions are same when you moved in. The deposit will not be used as a last month rent.
