Furnished Bedroom in Harlem, Nov-March

Hi everyone! I?m subletting one sunny, fully furnished room in central Harlem. It?s a large, quiet, sunny room that features a wall of mirrors (our former roomie was a dancer) and the apartment?s washing machine. Available through February, negotiable. Inquire for a video or in-person tour.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms total in the apartment, so you?d be sharing a bathroom with one other person. I (28, female, public interest lawyer) live in the third bedroom with my boyfriend, Joe (30, male, massage therapist). We?ve been living at Joe?s family and unsure when we?re moving back permanently. We all share a (very!) spacious kitchen and living room (with Hulu! Netflix! Disney+! Prime Video! Spectrum! Etc!!). We?re steps away from the 2/3/4/5/6 subway lines and also the Metro North train at 125th street.

We are located right next to a rose garden, in a small building where we are friends with the neighbors. The building has a great community vibe and everyone is friendly. Fun fact: we also have a recording studio in the basement and roof access, if you don?t mind climbing a hatch.

We are steps away from two supermarkets (including a Whole Foods!) and lots of banks, gyms, and stores on 125th street.

Internet is included, and utilities (electricity and gas) is split per bedroom (3-ways).

No cigarette smokers, please.
