I have 1 large semi-furnished bedroom available for rent in a 2 bedroom shared apartment located in Washington heights (Prewar Building).

In the room will be a super tall shoe shelf (as seen in the picture), you may keep and use it as you see fit! . A used desk with chair, Need a bed? We can provide an air mattress.

WHO YOU'LL BE LIVING WITH:
A couple who are super chill and they have a little doggo named Wally who is pretty chill himself. You'll share the kitchen, bathroom and living room and everyone stays to themselves. Bedrooms on opposite side of the apartment!

Single person or couples!
** open to couples for an extra fee of $200 per month

couple $1,000
Asking for two months up front for assurance purposes.
