1 Bed/1Bath Apartment UES in unit washer and dry

My SO and I unfortunately have to relocate but we are looking for someone to take over our 1 bedroom in UES around 99th and 3rd. It's a fairly new building at only few years old that are mostly condos with some rentals so they do take care of the building and apartment. Pet friendly no breed restrictions for dogs which is great.

Has two ac/heating units one in the living room and one in the bedroom. We've barely had to use the heat this winter as the apartment is sealed pretty well so it doesn't really get cold. The ac works well in the summer.

It's a quick walk to the 6 and the q train as well as being around a 10-15 min walk to central park which has been a great with our puppy.

Water is covered, just have to pay for electricity and internet.

Management has been very responsive with any issues we've had as well as being flexible on allowing the new tenant to start a brand new full year lease or finishing out the current one.

They do ask for pay stubs that show 40x rent as well as a credit check.
