The building is quite, clean and safe, with elevator and a laundry room in the basement. The location could not be better: set on a quite street but only steps away from the beautiful Fort Tryon Park, train station (A and 1) and convenience stores (including large supermarket, hardware store, take out places, 2 major banks, Starbuks, gyms, etc..)

In short: Best of both worlds.

The room is $1,000 monthly, utilities and high-speed internet included (plus $1000 deposit).
