There’s a Washer Dryer unit inside the apartment, the area is safe and quiet, with multiple shops, banks and take out places all around, the #1 Subway is 3 minutes walking distance from the building, the Bus stop is literally 1 minute (1 block) walking distance and Times Square is 20 minutes away.
Free Water, free Heat and High Speed Internet WiFi, shared utilities include Electricity only and it’s around $70 during the summer when AC is in use.
