Apartment is also cleaned every 2 weeks so u dont worry have to worry about cleaning save time and ~$50/m
Kitchen is fully furnished with all the appliances like microwave, Dishwasher, washing machine (save $50/m) dryer etc

2 Roommates: both are students. Male and female. Female is studying in fashion institute of technology and male is studying medicine
