1 large, furnished bedroom in a 2 bed/1 bathroom apartment, just across the street from the 1 train and a stone's throw from Ft. Tryon Park. Heat and hot water are included, internet and gas/electric are separate. HUGE shared living room and open kitchen with dishwasher and space for cooking, chilling, etc. Other roommate will have moved out by mid-July No pets considered, as current roommate has two small hypoallergenic dogs. LGBTQ+ and BIPOC friendly; looking for a female-identifying roommate who is clean and responsible. Building has elevator and laundry in basement.

This is for a one-month lease beginning on the first of July, with the possibility for lease takeover at the end of the month.
