I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedrooms apt... the the rent iS $900. the room is fully furnished whit a queens size bed and an armoire. the room has 2 windows. the kitchen and bathroom are for share. the apt... is located @ 158 and 159 st edgecombe ave. on 4th floor walk up. the area offers a lot of amenities such as laundromat, restaurants, gym etc. I'm looking for a respectful and neat roommate. in order to move in you will be required a deposit of $900 +$900 for the month's rent. you will need to provide proof of income and identification. if interested please contact me.
