Fully Furnished Room

I'm looking for someone to take over my bedroom in a two bedroom apartment in Washington Heights starting March 29th. The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, desk and chair. It's located on a quiet street, two blocks away from the 175th Street A station. (About 15 minutes away from Columbia University, 30 minutes from Midtown.) It's a very affordable, convenient area, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. There's also a Planet Fitness nearby, if you're ever in the mood for pizza while you're working out. Your roommate would be a 23 year old male who works full-time in marketing. He's quiet and respectful, but also very friendly and easy to get along with.
