Looking for a roommate to move in soon. The room is 100 square feet, twin bed, dresser and closet. Room is in fine condition. Electric and wifi included. It has an air conditioner (which in the summer months is an added fee of 50. 00 extra per month July-October) It's Cable ready that is also an added fee. It's a five floor walk up. Its a 4 bedroom apartment that is separated from family members and roommates. There is one other roommate, she's a girl. And the head of household is Myself (Grace). My family members are my son JC and grandson Jonathan. We like listening to music so if you don't like music no need to apply. There are many shops in the neighborhood and transportation everywhere nearby. You must have a steady job.
