Room for rent

Hello my is is chris. I do have a room to rent. I'm located in Washington heights Manhattan on 164 street between Broadway and fort washington. I'm asking 800/month and that includes utilities I'm going to include a flat screen with cable and wifi sadly no mattess or dresser. I'm 33 years old. I do live with my girlfriend we been together for about 6 years. Very laid back, cool and clean. I do have 2 cats but I'm currently looking for a home for them. The room is 15x10. Front view of the neighborhood. 2 windows and a closet. We shared the bathroom, living room and kitchen. 1 block away from Columbia Presbyterian hospital. 2 blocks away from train stAtion. A, C,1 and 9 train. Real easy to get downtown from here. I just ask for first month rent up front. Proof of income and state I. d.
