Large, sunny room in 2BR

Large, unfurnished bedroom available now in a beautiful 2 bedroom. Looking for someone to move in ASAP and stay the full year.

The apartment is on the 5th floor in an elevator building, with laundry in basement and on-site super. Heat & hot water included, we will split electricity, gas, and Internet bills. There are 1.5 baths in the apartment, so you'd essentially have a private bathroom but we'd share the shower.

You would be sharing the apartment with me, a 25 year old female grad student at Columbia. I will be fairly busy with school, but in my free time I enjoy running, watching movies, and exploring the city.

I like having a relaxing home to hang out and study in, so I'm looking for a roommate who is low key and friendly. Roommate must be responsible, respectful, and clean. No pets, no smoking.

The apartment is in Washington Heights, a block from the entrance to the A train and close to the 1 train. It is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and Fort Tyron park.
