We're close to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and Medical School, two blocks from several large supermarkets, laundry, library; near Riverside Park, The Cloisters, and the historic Morris-Jumel mansion (Manhattans oldest home), which served as George Washington's headquarters through most of the revolutionary war and where Lin-Manuel Miranda wrote much of Hamilton. The mansion sits on a large plot of land with beautiful gardens, lawns, and quiet spaces. Were also a block and a half from Sylvan Terrace, voted the quaintest street in New York City.
