I LOVE my apartment. It's a quiet haven in this wild city. I like the apt to be a place where we can both recharge, have space & relax. Looking for someone clean, considerate, respectful & with a sense of humor.

The ROOM available in the 2Bdrm/1bath apt is FURNISHED
- full size bed
- large dresser
- table and chair, closet with storage space above & a large window.
- first floor apt.

$1000/month. $1000 deposit & sublet agreement required. Must be employed or enrolled in school.

The APT has
-high-speed wifi,
-a LARGE kitchen
- 4 grocery stores nearby, bodegas (with organic options)
-bars, coffeeshops, great restaurants, and 2 laundromats (with wifi)
-Also a 10 min walk to Fort Tryon Park (see photos)
- We have the BEST super who keeps the building clean.
- located in a very safe building - mostly families & young professionals.

I?m a working actor & pilates instructor who keeps busy and likes a sense of peace in the apartment; I clean regularly (once a week) & expect my roommate to pitch in with the cleaning. I mostly work from home during the day, and late afternoon to early evenings outside the apt, though my schedule varies with auditions. I enjoy my alone time, but am friendly & like hanging with my roomie occasionally.

YOU: CLEAN, responsible, considerate, friendly, non-smoker. no pets. Females with 9-5 jobs preferred. High preference given to those living a gluten free life (I?m a celiac). :) Looking for long term sublettor. Message me to see the place. Looking forward to meeting you. :)
