The room is 10x12, gets loads of sunlight and has spectacular views of Hudson River & GWB. Shared kitchen and bath only. Top floor of elevator bldg, laundry in basement and a beautiful common backyard garden. Asking $1200/month (utils & cable included!) with 1 month sec. dep.
