Cute Spacious Furnished Room

Hi there i am in search of a female single roommate , someone who is peaceful, mentally stable laid back, very clean and organized non smoker. (not OCD) someone who has a healthy life of their own.
I myself am very social sweet and warm single woman with my own life as well and free of drama.

I have a spacious room in Manhattan, Washington Heights area., Furnished, flat screen TV as well.
TV is not in the room yet but will be by the time tenant moves in. wifi/cable and utilities included in rent.
i have a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. Spacious living room separate kitchen and descent sized bathroom.
will be repainting walls and patching any holes due to photos that were hung up from previous roommate.
4th floor walk up and elevator.

train station is two blocks away. Hospital, dry cleaners nail and hair place, all very affordably priced places. supermarket that closes at 11pm, gym, banks, restaurants, park, 24 hr laundry all walking distance from apt. literally just a few steps away.
further uptown a very hip and live night life and fun brunch places to enjoy with friends on the weekends or even for drinks after a long day of work. train 20 minutes into midtown 42nd street.

i absolutely love this neighborhood!

i would like to share with someone who travels a lot or someone with a healthy busy schedule and lifestyle . who is extremely clean and respectful of personal space.
i am all about the home being a place of peace so I'm looking for someone who is in need of the same.

1month rent and 1 month security is required to move in, the rental is from 6moths/1yr. i am a great roommate. i also cook and clean dont need to split chores with roommate just keep your mess in your room and pay rent on time is my only strict rule. :) room is available june 1st but if you pay deposit asap could hold it till july 1st.
