I'm moving and need someone to take my room (take over on lease or sublet) starting anytime in June or on July 1st. It's a nice two-bedroom with furnished shared spaces and a mostly-furnished bedroom (I can take or leave the bed depending on your needs). 750 square feet. Three blocks from both the 1 train and A train at 181st. Existing roommate who's very easy to deal with. The lease is March-February but the landlord is extremely flexible and you can decide whether to renew or not, or replace yourself on the lease. Fifth floor walk-up but the nice thing is that you're on the top floor, so no noise from above.

$814 per month. One month deposit. No additional fees. Heat/water included. Electricity+wifi arrangement with roommate.
