I am moving out of my cozy room in a beautiful apartment Uptown. The room is fully furnished, provides a lot of light with two windows with a view over Washington Heights and the George Washington Bridge. It is perfectly located right along Broadway, so there are plenty of grocery shops, bodegas, coffee shops and laundry mats around. In addition, its right outside the 1 train.

The apartment consists of a large living room, big open space kitchen and a shared clean bathroom. We are four women with different professions (artist, student, teacher, writer) and we are looking for another person who is clean, responsible, interesting, open-minded and kind.

The room costs 1026USD/month and a deposit of 1026USD is required. It will be available from 1st July (earlier date is negotiable). PLEASE NOTE: the next roommate should be eligible to sign the new lease.
