These lovely, fully furnished private room, with high ceilings and complete amenities is both comfortable and relaxing. They're furnished with everything anyone would need including a large, full-sized bed, night tables, lamps, a full-length mirror, armoire / closed, desk with chair and lamp, 3 large windows in the big room, with lots of sunlight, air conditioner with remote, and tons of storage space. It?s the perfect place to gather one?s thoughts, have a quiet place to work, read, study, and unwind!

The apartment is also fully furnished, with a large television, (complete with Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Blu-Ray), two comfortable couches in our big living room, a large, full kitchen with full cookware, a breakfast nook and table. There is free WiFi, a clean, newly-renovated bathroom, plenty of cabinet space, a bathtub, and excellent water pressure.

Throughout the apartment, there?s an abundance of quiet, relaxing space. In a building of hand-masonry and a newly-renovated lobby, with a sleek, modern feel, the apartment is the perfect home. There is also a spectacular rooftop view of the city!

Location could not be more convenient! Located in beautiful, historic Washington Heights, with vintage NYC streets and buildings reminiscent of European dwellings, it is only one block to the newly renovated C train and five blocks to both the 1 and A. We are right across the street from a library, dry cleaner, and supermarket.

Within a few blocks, there is every type of food imaginable including great Korean BBQ, Italian, the best Dominican food outside the D. R., Southwestern, neighborhood pubs, and every type of food under the sun! We?re close to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and Medical School, and Riverside Park, The Cloisters, and the historic Morris-Jumel mansion (Manhattans oldest home), which served as George Washington?s headquarters through most of the revolutionary war and where Lin-Manuel Miranda wrote much of Hamilton. The mansion sits on a large plot of land with beautiful gardens, lawns, and quiet spaces. Were also a block and a half from Sylvan Terrace, voted the quaintest street in New York City.
