Room near the Hudson River!

Small room with private bathroom and a view of the Hudson River:

1. Shared kitchen and use of closet in front hallway of apt.
2. Built-in cabinet/storage space in room
3. Furnished with futon, chair and chesser drawer
3. Use of living room and dining room negotiable

Interested applicants must:

1. Be clean, quiet, respectable and respectful
2. Be in school (preferably a post-graduate or medical
student) or a job that requires them to be out of the
apartment from 9 to 6 (I work out of the apartment)
a) Someone who travels a lot or has a second
residence would be ideal.
3. Adhere to quiet rules of apartment and building:
Quiet hours from 10 p. m. to 7 a. m.

My apartment is on the top floor of the building. There are laundry facilities in the basement. The #1 and C trains are nearby.

The chosen roommate will be required to sign a one-page agreement.
