Posting for my remaining MALE roommate. I will be out.
Large, sunny room in a 2-bedroom apartment at 735 West 183rd street, south & quiet street facing.
The room will be UN-furnished, the pictures are for the reference of its size: 14,5ft x 9,5ft with a closet. If you need some furniture, bed-can be arranged.
Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, separated by the living room, kitchen, wc. 3rd floor of a 5-storied building, with an elevator. Available from 02/01/2021.
This is the bedroom i currently reside in, the remaining / staying after i move out roommate is a male professional, super quiet, very decent and nice and almost NEVER home. He has a bird, parrot, that always stays in his bedroom. Hope it's not an issue for you.
You both will be taking over my lease at some point or we'll arrange for something with my landlord.
