Looking for a sublet for the summer!

Hi there! I live in a four bedroom, two bath apt in Washington Heights and am looking for a sublet for the summer (June, July, August). There is a washer/ dryer in the unit, and the trash chute is right outside the door. We have a very spacious living room as well, and all members of the apt are very friendly.
You will have total access to one side of my very accommodating closet, and I have a monitor in my room as well as desk space for a tv/ laptop. There is also a TV in the living room and a very accessible kitchen.
You share the bathroom with one other occupant and shelf space in and out of the shower.
The building is on the same block as the 1 train and a five minute walk from the C. Gyms are close by as well as supermarkets, and some great restaurants.
Looking for a laid back, friendly individual. Every member of the apartment is in the entertainment industry but that is by no means a requirement. If you like to be separated from the hustle and bustle of downtown NY, but still close by, this is the perfect spot!
