Looking to share an apartment

I am looking to sign a lease with someone for a 2br in Washington Heights close to Columbia University, City College, transportation and shopping. Full kitchen and bath with shared living room. Newly renovated. Room available in in the back off the street. Quiet. Share utilities - lights and internet.
No furnishings of my own, but plan to have a table and sofa unless you can provide one.
Work evenings near apartment. Low-keyed, no drama. Just want a place to relax after work. Only visitor is boyfriend who has own apartment. I normally stay with him over the weekends.
