Hi! This room is ready for move-in December 1st. This could potentially work for short term stays or longer term roomates depending on the person/situation/timeline. The apartment itself is off of Amsterdam Ave located near the A express, C, and 1 trains off of the 168th st stop less than 30 minutes away from midtown/downtown. Very close to Columbia University, Juilliard, and Manhattan School of Music (where I graduated from)

Apt is on the 2nd floor (one staircase), has one shared bathroom, a spacious living room/furnished common area and a separated kitchen with all the necessary appliances.

About me: I?m friendly, clean, and responsible. I also work during the day and most evenings. Seeking the same from you! I. e. a respectful and easy going professional.** I do have one very sweet cat who I love so you must be ok with that even though she lives almost exclusively in my room. I am a classically trained professional musician and I am quite busy most days but when I?m home, I do like to have the company of friendly and fun roomates and have been lucky so far to have had some really great ones!
