I have a room available beginning Mid-September or October 1 in my 4 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment 5 minutes from the 168th Street subway station.
Currently there are 3 mid twenties professionals living in the apartment. We?re looking for a 4th roommate who is clean and respectful.
The bedroom has a closet - it fits a full sized bed, a desk, and a dresser. The room also has 2 large windows for great sunlight.
Non-smoking and pet free apartment. Kitchen has a dishwasher and there?s laundry plus a live in super in the basement.
The rent is $848 a month plus utilities. One month rent plus a security deposit are required for move in. Looking for a minimum 6 month commitment.
