One bedroom 11' x 11'' (basically furnished--full size bed, dresser, end table); the room is a good size but probably only a small desk more, at your expense, would there be room for. Closet is fairly spacious.

-the apartment in back of building so it's QUIET
-kitchen stocked with appliances and dishes
-small table in kitchen; everyone likes to hang out there!
-everyone cleans, usually doing something once a week
-cooperative females only household (no moving in of boyfriends please)
-everyone gets along, nice people BUT WE ARE firm where our home is concerned.
-friends and family guests only (take the party to his place) and with negotiation with other roommates; roommates' rights come first before guests in this household
--perfect situation for serious student or someone who works hard and just wants a quiet, no hassle, relaxing place to come home to, and who will take any parties outside the home

A cat lives in the apartment - do not apply if you have allergies or you don't like cats.
