This is a wonderful, newly renovated 3bedroom apartment with new appliances, hardwood floors and is on the 3rd floor in a nice walk up building. It is close to the 1, C, and A trains, which gets you basically anywhere in the city.

1 year lease available Dec or Dec 15th. No brokers fee! All three rooms up for grabs:

Room 1- $975
Room 2- $950
Room 3- $875- reserved by Emily!

We pair individuals who are looking to move into a new apartment but need help connecting to awesome roommates to sign a lease with. Please message me with a bit of information about yourself, where you are currently living, why you are moving, what you do professionally, and when you are free to view the apartment.

If you like the apartment, I will then introduce you to other compatible roommates. Everyone must meet before moving forward. If you like the roommates, then just 1st months rent, 1 months security and a $50 roommate application fee is due upfront. The landlord pays my fee to rent this apartment! Heat and hot water included in rent.
