WaHi Unfurnished Room for sublease Feb 1-July 31

Hi! I'm Dan; I'm a grad student currently working toward my MA in Forensic Psychology, So I'm looking for someone to occupy the spare bedroom in my apartment. It's a beautiful space with a big window. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the living room and everywhere else is already set up! [There's always room to add more personal touches though!]

I would call myself laid back, and I'm studying to be a therapist, so I'm pretty open-minded. It also means I don't mind make sure we stay on top of communication. I've been living in this apartment for over 3 years now, and I personally love this apartment. I'll be leaving NYC when the lease ends on August 1st, 2019, so hopefully looking for someone who wants a Feb-July rental. Everything you have to pay each month is included in the $1300 price listed--no other fees [except I may ask you to pick up toilet paper from time to time, haha]. I'm not vegetarian or vegan, but I am happy to accommodate the kitchen space to your needs!

Also: Bonus points if you have a pet!! [Especially a dog! But all animals are great as long as they're domesticated. [If it needs to be walked or anything, I'm happy to share some of that responsibility]
Guests are totally fine, just give me a heads up if you can. The room is unfurnished, We have an air mattress/sheets if you ever need!

This apartment is my favorite place I have ever lived, and I guess I'm mostly looking for someone who also wants to make this their safe haven
