Sunny room in Washington Heights 2BR

Beautiful exposed brick 2BR apartment very conveniently located in Washington Heights, just 4 blocks from the 1 train and the A train, and a short walk to the CUMC medical campus. Looking for a sublet from March 1 to August 1.

My bedroom, which I'm looking to sublet, gets great natural light and has a nice, big closet. I do not know the specific dimensions but it fits a queen sized bed, desk, book shelf, and dresser. I can furnish it with a twin bed if you would like!

My roommate is a Wesleyan grad who works as a case manager in the Bronx and is respectful and quiet. The living room is nicely decorated and fully furnished, with 2 couches, a large TV, and a dining room table. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. The bathroom is a nice size and has a bathtub! There are hardwood floors throughout the apartment.

The neighborhood is very walkable. The apartment is 1 block away from Highbridge park. There is a grocery store and a laundromat a half block away!
