One bedroom available

Hi! Have one room available in three bedroom. I can be super flexible with how long of a lease you need (couple months or a year) Larger of the three rooms avail. Safest neighborhood off of the 181st st a train. Duration negotiable but must be specified before sublet. The room is furnished, can be unfurnished if you need. I have two dresser, closet, bookshelf, a full sized bed, and desk. the room is so spacious, I could have easily fit a king bed. Of course during this crazy health scare, we want to make sure we are finding a healthy individual that is activity social distancing even if the other roommates are mostly away!

You will be responsible for your third of the internet, cable, and con ed bill. Total is roughly $100-110 per person to split it all. This is in addition to the rent.
