Room is a bit small but it can easily fit a full bed and a big desk (as you can see in the pictures).
There is laundry area in the basement. Location is great. Just 3 blocks away from C train (163rd station). Supermarket 2 blocks away. And PF also just a couple of blocks away.
I'm looking for someone who wants to take over the last 2 months of my lease which ends in June 1st. But if you feel like this room is a good match you can join the new lease on June (1 year lease).
P. S. This room is originally $617/month + utilities. For those who might be interested in joining the new lease.
