Looking for a roommate to join our 3BR/1 bath apartment in Washington Heights, near 176th and Broadway. Super spacious living area, good kitchen, lots of storage space. The available room gets plenty of natural light, and past occupants have easily fit a queen bed, desk, and dresser.

Laid-back, respectful, friendly, communicative apartment vibe. One of us is a medical/PhD student, the other works in media.

-1 block from 175th St A station, 7 blocks to 1 @ 181st or 168th, 2 blocks from GW Bus Station
-20 minutes to Midtown, 30 minutes to Greenwich Village
-3 grocery stores within a 2 block radius
-rent + utilities = about 1000 a month
-Room will be unfurnished
-Ideally looking for someone to sublease at least until the end of the lease (thru August 2021), but willing to consider shorter commitment case-by-case
