Description
Hi! I am offering my studio for rent for the fall. Large, fully-furnished, equipped and test-driven, my place surely constitutes the perfect kind of arrangement for you: a clearly independent, self-sufficient, practical and rationally hygiene-conscious temporal visitor to our already quasi normal NYC. Welcome!
The place is nice, relatively large and sunlit---do see the pics! More so, its studio-functional arrangements---bed, bathroom, kitchen--mostly work without much effort. And it's well located, literally steps from the 1 train at 157th. It? s easy to adapt to the place and establish the basic spatial routines to shape life around: Coffee and shower in 15 minutes; 10 to the park or to CUMC; 10 to Columbia's main campus on the 1; 20 to Lincoln Center on the 1; and etcetera.
Of course, there are several restaurants, coffee-shops, bars, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby. If you are into sports or jogging, there is a Planet Fitness around the corner and Riverside Park is just a stone throw away (Olympic-size pool; skating rink; bike path; tennis and basketball courts; soccer field; running track and so on).
The neighborhood is quite pleasant and lively.
The subletter is responsible for covering electricity, gas and wifi bill at the end of each month. If you are interested, please share with me:
-Some basic details about yourself and your plans in the city
-How your schedule would look like in the coming months
-Income/funding situation
-Ideal move-in and move-out dates
Looking forward to hearing from you! :)
