The apartment is recently renovated with new stainless steel appliances. Two blocks from the 1 train and minutes away from the C train. Supermarkets, bars, and restaurants just around the corner. If you need the stability of a 12 month lease and need affordable rent in a great area in Manhattan then this could be a great fit for you. You are in one of the most historic parts of Manhattan and a short walking commute to a ton of great restaurants and bars in your area plus an easy subway commute to Midtown/Upper West Side.
