Medium size Room for Rent Cable/WiFi/Utilities

I have an medium size room with a large, closet, mini fridge and full size bed available ASAP. WiFi/cable (HBO, CINEMAX, SHOWTIME, STARZ MOVIE CHANNELS) and utilities are included in the rent. There is also a washer and dryer inside the apartment your free to use when available. The room is in a 3 bedroom old fashioned apartment with a long hallway giving each room mate well needed privacy. Im looking for a FEMALE PREFERRED due to the fact that I already rent to a female and it would be more comfortable for everyone. The neighborhood is mostly Spanish with restaurants up and down the strip. Planet fitness is right around the corners and Blink is 2 blocks away. Presbyterian Hospital is at walking distance. Trains near me A’ train literally across the street and the 1’ train is 4 blocks away.
