The neighborhood is friendly and has done a great job creating outdoor spaces and good take-out options (Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, a great Irish pub and several modern bar/restaurants). Starbucks and a local coffee shop one block away. We moved here for the convenience, but this has quickly become a favorite neighborhood. Five story walk up.

We are two professional women. We like to create a friendly, respectful living environment. We are COVID cautious (no shoes in the house/wash hands/masks in public). One is a teacher, working on a graduate degree - she keeps to herself and reads a lot. She goes to be early and is very quiet. The other is a doula, so has a very erratic schedule - sometimes she works overnights with clients in labor or helping them care for their newborn. She's often gone 2-3 days a week, and works from the living room 1-2 days a week, sometimes on Zoom calls. When she's around, you can count on great conversation.
We like to create a homey-living space, where everyone is free to be themselves. Some evenings we eat together or watch movies, sometimes we do our own thing. Open communication is key.
No cats (allergic). Open to a small dog. No smokers, please. Solo renter or a couple. Queer friendly.
