Room with a bed for rent in Washington Heights area near New York Presbyterian after February 5, 2021. Access to the kitchen, bathroom. Looking for someone who works and isn’t messy. Never pays rent late & is a clean, respectful person. I have small kids and need someone who is respectful, fully employed and will keep my home drama free. One month deposit and one month security required. Proof of income or ability to pay rent necessary to move in. Utilities included.
