Hi all! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP in the 3-bed/2-bath apartment I share with two female roommates and their two small, ADORABLE dogs. The apartment is in Washington Heights on a quiet residential corner, 6th floor in an elevator building, walking distance to the A and 1 trains. Livingroom is furnished, bedroom is pictured here with furniture for perspective - it's currently unfurnished, but I could easily provide a bed if needed. Bedroom is large, easily fits a queen bed, dresser, desk, and has a large closet. Rent is $1250 and the lease is until 11/15/21, but short-term rentals will be considered. Utilities usually come to around $60/month. Includes in-unit laundry, laundry room in basement, dishwasher, access to the roof from your bedroom, window air-conditioning unit.
