I am a real estate agent and I am putting together 3 young working professionals and/or students to be on a shared lease in a beautiful 3 Bedroom/1 full bath apartment. The apartment is spacious and features a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave and dishwasher.

February 15th or March 1st Move-in

*All applicants must earn 40X the rent (about 40k minimum yearly income) and have a minimum credit score of 650

WE ACCEPT GUARANTORS (guarantors need to earn 80x the rent and have a minimum credit score of 660)

To move in you will need:
-First month's rent
-One month broker fee (equals one month rent)
-$20 application fee for a credit/background check
(NO SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED)

You will be on a 12 MONTH lease WITH your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease, be ready to provide a tax return, paystubs, bank statement, proof of employment, ID etc. NOTE: YOU WILL ONLY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SHARE OF RENT

1st Room-$1000 good for Queen size bed
2nd Room-Taken by young female professional
3rd Room-Taken by young female professional with two cats
