Room for Rent in Washington Heights

We're just two nerdy guys that are looking for a third roommate that doesn't mind playing board games, card games, watching tv, etc. If that's not your thing we're perfectly fine leaving you the heck alone.

One bedroom apartment that comes with a full size bed and a large dresser. There may be a small bookcase provided the current tenant cannot bring it with them.

The apartment has a Washer and Dryer in the unit! Along with a dishwasher. It is half a block from the 1 line on 181 and a ten minute walk to the A line. We have the usual Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Disney Plus for streaming services. Target is right across the street. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. If you're craving fast food, Chik-Fil-A, Taco Bell, and Subway are within walking distance.

The two people that live here currently are dog walkers so we are fine with pets as long as they are friendly. There is a rabbit that lives with us but only stays in one bedroom.

Utilities are around $50-75/month and that is electric, gas and internet.
